How to find us: we are located in the new Poynton Place health precinct, across the road from the existing doctors and chemist. When entering Poynton Place, take the 3rd driveway on the left, and proceed past Active Mobility Systems. Our building is the 2nd one on your left. We have two accessible parking spots outside our door.

Whilst we prefer complaints to be made to our director so she can help you resolve any issues in person, we understand at times you may not feel comfortable to do so.
